Join us on Thursday, February 19th from 6:30 pm–8:00 pm for a Soul Food Cooking Demo inspired by Blue Zones principles of connection, culture, and coming together around food.
This event is about more than cooking, it’s about building community, sharing stories, and enjoying time together in a welcoming space. We’ll explore traditional soul food flavors while highlighting the joy of preparing and experiencing food as a community.
