Program Description:

Breathing is something we do all day, every day—but when used with intention, it becomes a powerful tool for health, healing, and emotional balance. In this 45-minute guided session, participants will learn simple, science-backed breathing techniques to reduce stress, support better sleep, ease anxiety, and enhance focus. No prior experience is required—this is a welcoming space for all bodies and abilities. Taught by a certified well-being expert, this session focuses on calm, connection, and control—helping members feel more grounded, energized, and present.

  • Easy breathing exercises for relaxation and energy
