Well-Being Advisor
About
Hi, I’m Yasi, I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a background in public health, but at my core, I’m someone who simply cares deeply about people—about helping you feel your best, find your balance, and build a life that supports your health in a real, lasting way. My path to this work became personal after losing my mother to breast cancer at a young age. That experience shaped how I see health—not just as the absence of illness, but as the presence of joy, energy, and connection. I believe it’s not just about living longer, but about living well—with purpose, vitality, and ease.
I specialize in nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, and I work every day to bring those same values into my own life with my husband and our three kids. I enjoy cooking plant-based meals, being active— whether it’s running, hiking, or playing tennis—and I’m always learning something new about health.
Well-being isn’t about being perfect—it’s about learning to care for yourself with consistency and love. If you’re looking for support to start your journey toward health, vitality and well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Nan Simonsen
Health Coach
About
Hello! I’m Nan. I’m a board-certified Health and Well-being Coach with a deep passion for helping people take charge of their health—especially as they enter their golden years. My journey into lifestyle medicine began through personal experience. In 2018, I faced serious health challenges and was advised by several doctors to begin lifelong medications. Instead, I chose to change my diet and lifestyle, and experienced a complete transformation in my health.
My mission is to show that growing older doesn’t have to mean slowing down. With the right tools and support, we can feel better, move more easily, and live life with more energy and purpose. I want to empower you to break free from the “normal” decline many expect with aging—and discover how lifestyle choices can lead to a stronger, healthier, and more joyful life.

Ambar Williamson
Health Coach
About
Hi, I’m Ambar. I have my bachelor’s in nutrition and food science, and I am currently pursuing my master’s in Integrative Nutrition. Over the years, I’ve seen how influential nutrition can be—not just in supporting physical health, but in creating a stronger connection between the mind and body. Our bodies are incredibly powerful vessels, but we often ignore their signals. When we start listening and supporting them with intention, real transformation begins to take place. I support individuals in learning how to listen to their bodies and nourish them intentionally for lasting change.
With my background in nutrition and a holistic, personalized approach, I help individuals feel more in control of their health. My passion for health coaching stems from a deep belief that true well-being starts from within. After receiving a surprising diagnosis in my teenage years, I began to practice honoring my body’s signals and supporting it with nourishing foods, mindful movement, and intentional rest. Coming from a Hispanic background, I had to navigate how my culture fits into health and well-being, especially when it came to mental health, and I’ve learned that you can absolutely embrace both your heritage and your health. Whether looking to improve energy, balance the complexities of life, or build healthier habits, I offer support that meets people where they are at, with real
strategies that align with their lifestyle and goals.

Doug Richardson
Certified Physical Trainer & Retired MD
About
Hi, I’m Doug Richards! I spent much of my career as a physician specializing in addiction recovery, weight loss, and pain management, and I also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health along the way. I’ve always had a deep interest in fitness, wellness, nutrition, and exercise. The same principles that helped me through some of the hardest seasons of my own life became the foundation of my medical practice and the way I cared for my patients.
After retiring from medicine in 2018, I became a certified personal trainer and began leading exercise programs at Blue Zones Health centers. Today, I’m proud to serve as a Movement Coach for Blue Zones Health and to facilitate our weekly Walking Moai. I can’t wait to walk alongside you.
