Blue Zones Project Palm Springs has teamed up with The Sukha Life to create Live Long, Live Easy, a 10-week transformation series focused on cultivating well-being through intentional living and gentle, lasting change.

FEBRUARY 9

Kick off the 10-week program with an insightful conversation about the Blue Zones origins, along with the following activity:

PURPOSE PULSE: A SOUND BATH + INTENTION TEA RITUAL T

ap into the clarity you’ve been craving. This one-hour experience blends a guided purpose-activation, a soothing sound bath, and a plant-based intention tea ritual designed to bring you back to what truly matters. You’ll leave grounded, open-hearted, and aligned with a simple purpose statement for the days ahead. Plant-Based Element: Adaptogenic herbal tea

MOVE NATURALLY: FUNCTIONAL FLOW + MATCHA CEREMONY Inspired by the daily-living movement patterns found in Blue Zones communities, this class resets your morning with gentle mobility of the Live Easy Method, grounding breath, and a mindful matcha-making ritual. Expect an easeful start to your day that restores energy, flexibility, and presence.

PLANT-SLANT PLATES: MINI WORKSHOP + TASTING BOARD.

A delicious, educational immersion into the world of long-life nutrition. Learn why plantforward eating creates longevity, vitality, and emotional clarity—then sample a curated tasting board featuring nutrient-dense flavors from Blue Zones cultures. Purposeful conversation prompts spark connection as you enjoy the experience together.

THE 80% RULE: MINDFUL EATING EXPERIENCE

Inspired by the Okinawan practice of Hara Hachi Bu, this mindful eating session helps you reconnect to your body’s natural wisdom. We slow down together, taste with intention, breathe between bites, and rediscover what real nourishment feels like.
