Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 1 cup oatmeal, blended
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 teaspoons cumin

Directions:
- Place flax and water in a small bowl.
